Fife Workplace Wellbeing Project and Activities

The main purpose of the Fife Workplaces Wellbeing Resilience Project is to provide support to more Fife workers during this time of the pandemic with the various associated working and life issues they are encountering including mental health, wellbeing and resilience support.

The project will provide chaplaincy visits or meetings to workplaces (onsite/offsite/online) providing an independent and impartial listening ear to include those affected by psychological trauma, bereavement/loss and socio-economic disadvantage and support them towards greater wellbeing.

Additionally, we will provide seminars and workshops to provide support for teams - topics include:

  • stress/depression,
  • suicide awareness,
  • bereavement,
  • building resilience, and
  • trauma.

Another resource available to deploy is a 'Listening Post' pop-up stand that provides onsite support and awareness of where staff can be listened to, supported and signposted as required.

If you want to know more about the above support for your workplace, please contact Paul Wilson, Lead Chaplain, on or 07703 585987 .
