Tackling workplace stress

Stress Kristina and Iain

Thursday's Stress-awareness Seminar, the first in our Autumn season of free lunchtime Workplace Wellbeing sessions, courtesy of the management at Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh, was very well attended.
WPCS Chief Executive Iain McFadzean's illustrated talk gave an interesting insight into stress and how to recognise and mitigate its effects, prompting a number of those attending to take part in the discussion that followed.
The free event, organised by WPCS Edinburgh West Chaplain Kristina Herbold Ross, also included lunch.
Mrs Herbold Ross welcomed everyone and thanked them for attending, inviting them to take part in our two remaining Edinburgh Park sessions:-
at 12.30-13.15 on 05.10.2016 - Supporting People Suffering Financial Hardship - with Caroline Ellis, Christians Against Poverty (CAP) and
on 10.11.2016 when Mr McFadzean will give a presentation on Work/Life Balance.
Anyone wishing to book a place on the remaining sessions can do so by emailing kristina.ross@wpcscotland.co.uk
